1. ⏱️ How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page. Most products are dispatched within 5–6 working days, except for handmade items which may take slightly longer.
2. 💵 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option on Jumkey.com.
3. 🛒 Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value at Jumkey.com.
4. 🚚 What are the shipping charges?
Free Shipping within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders.
5. 💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Credit Cards, Net Banking (all major Indian banks), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), and wallet payments (including Amazon Pay). All transactions are securely processed through our trusted payment partner, Razorpay.
6. ✏️ Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly and may not be modified once placed. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us by calling or WhatsApp 9902631591 .
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been dispatched.
7. 🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we do offer gift packaging ₹50 Extra. Simply WhatsApp us at 9902631591 with your order number or registered mobile number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
8. 💳 When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of order processing.
9. 📦 Can I ship to multiple addresses?

11. 🚛 What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment. At the moment, we do not provide express shipping. Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days across India.

Orders are shipped through our logistics partners, Bluedart and Delhivery, powered by Shiprocket.
13. 📅 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Estimated shipping timelines are mentioned on the product detail page (PDP).
14. 📍 How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email. Updates are provided through our shipping partner, Shiprocket. You can also track your order from the “Orders” section in your account.
15. ✍️ Is a signature required upon delivery?
A signature is generally not required. However, some courier partners may request a signature or OTP verification at the time of delivery.
